Cobus Keet

​Cobus is a highly experienced physiotherapist with a specialised focus on sports-related injuries. Over the course of his career, he has collaborated with a variety of prestigious sporting organisations, including the Tuks Rugby Team, Pumas Rugby Team, Comrades Marathon, South African Games, ASA Senior Championships, SASSU, Eastern Cape Academy of Sport, Bay United Soccer Team, Centurion Rugby Club, and Blue Bulls Amateurs.

As a co-author of a peer-reviewed scientific paper, Cobus has presented his research at multiple international congresses, contributing to the advancement of sports medicine. He is a proud member of both the South African Society of Physiotherapy and the South African Sports Medicine Association.

Specialising in sport treatment and rehabilitation, Cobus’ expertise encompasses manual therapy, injury-specific rehabilitation, overall sport conditioning, and bio-mechanical analysis. His comprehensive approach ensures that athletes receive holistic and tailored care to optimise recovery and performance.

Tegan Tennent
BScPhysio (UFS), PGDip Sport & Exercise Physio (WITS)

Tegan has a special interest in orthopaedic and sports injury rehabilitation, with a strong passion for helping athletes recover from injury and return to peak performance. With specialised training in sports rehabilitation and exercise physiotherapy, she blends clinical expertise with a deep understanding of athletic performance.

​Having worked with athletes of all levels and being an ex-provincial athlete herself, Tegan fully appreciates the unique demands of various sports and the critical importance of a personalised, goal-orientated approach to each treatment plan.

​As the current team physiotherapist for the Centurion Rugby Club, Tegan has developed a comprehensive understanding of the physical challenges and specific injury patterns associated with the sport. Her hands-on experience working with rugby players allows her to provide targeted rehabilitation strategies that address both acute injuries and long-term performance goals.

​Tegan’s individualised approach ensures that every athlete is equipped to perform at their best on the field.
